Both served long tenures as independent territory sales representatives with a well-respected manufacturer's rep agency in the Midwest for a combined 36 years. To better serve our customers, clients, and partners, Gibco Equipment was formed to achieve individual and strategic long term goals and provide a high level of service and support to our core industry market segments.

Ryan brings more than 20 years of experience delivering engineered equipment solutions across a wide range of industrial markets, including refining, power generation, terminals, pipelines, chemical processing, grain, and general manufacturing.

His years as an independent manufacturers' representative have provided him with a practical understanding of the unique technical and operational challenges customers face. From hands-on field service during turnarounds and outages to developing integrated equipment solutions for complex systems and processes, Ryan is committed to delivering reliable, value-driven results.
